As anyone who is from Evansville knows, the first full week of October brings the second largest street festival in the US – the Fall Festival.  The youth of Central are fortunate to have a food booth along Franklin Street for this event.  With a lot of help from members of the congregation, the booth is the youth’s only fundraiser for the year.  A large portion of the proceeds are given back to the church depending on the current needs.  The youth have helped to purchase the church van and lawn equipment as well as provide Welcome Wednesday meals and contribute to the church budget.
