Please mark your calendars for July 7. Jerry Wise, a recording artist out of Austin, TX will be performing at Central from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Jerry is a University of Evansville graduate and native of Nashville, TN. We will simply be taking a love offering for Jerry during
the concert, so please tell your friends and invite your neighbors. It will just be Jerry and his acoustic guitar, and you will be blessed by his lyrics and his heart.

Starting in June, we will be hosting a Volleyball night each Wednesday at 6 p.m. Our Volleyball nights are open to all age groups and skill levels, and it will be an opportunity for exercise and fellowship for our congregation. Join us on June 2 at 6:00 p.m. to get the ball rolling as we look forward to a summer of fun together in the Family Life Center.

Our Friday Small Group will be taking the summer off from
our normal routine and we will be having some social gatherings
scattered throughout the summer. Please look on our
website for more information, or contact Mike Warneke if
you are interested in attending any events, or would like to
help plan an event.
The Wednesday night small group will continue to meet
sporadically during the summer as a lead into our volleyball
nights. This group will share a common meal, spend time in
discussion and sharing and work with the NOOMA film
series and begin at 5:00 p.m. during the scheduled days. This
time is open to anyone or any couple in the church that
would consider themselves “Young Adults.” Please let
Mike Warneke know if you plan on attending, so he can
plan and coordinate meals. Childcare is available

Throughout the year there are various social outings that our young adult group partakes in. From Otters games to our First Annual Ugly Sweater Christmas Dinner this past year, we are always looking for fun ways for our families to get involved outside the confines of the church. Please watch the church calendar for other opportunities throughout the year.

The young adults of Central see fellowship and study as a priority in their Christian lives. Our group of young adults gathers twice each month over a meal on Friday nights for a time of fellowship, study, sharing, and chance for their children to play with one another. Our study focus changes from month to month, and they participate in both book studies and film studies. Childcare is provided each time they gather for a small fee of only $2.00 per child. Our evening begins with a shared meal at 5:30 and we are typically wrapped up between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. If you would like to be added to our email list, or would like more information please contact Mike.

The Trinity Class is the young adult Sunday School class that currently meets in the Trinity Room which is in the basement across from the Garden Room. The Trinity Class is comprised of 20 and 30 year olds who are seeking to know God better, and better serve Him in their lives. We are currently studying the fruits of the spirit during the Sunday School hour, but are always open to the suggested topics of our group.
